Contacts Organizer Support
If you are reading these pages and have not yet looked at the PDF manual that is included with the software installation then take a look at it. Many requests for support are actually answered in the manual. You can find it by clicking on the Windows Start button, then Programs, then Contacts Organizer PBE, and finally Manual. You will need a PDF reader software. Either Adobe Reader, or we recommend Foxit Reader for Windows.
If have just experienced an unknown error with your Contacts Organizer, check that you are using the latest version. If your problem is due to an error in the program this may have been fixed by a version update. The Contacts Organizer Personal and Business Edition is currently at v3.73 and product updates are available in our download area; otherwise, if you cannot find the answer on these support pages please fill out the Reporting Unknown Errors form.
Telephone support is available and is charged at £60 + VAT per hour with a minimum charge of £20 + VAT.
