We would like to thank the many individuals and companies who have successfully used Contacts Organizer over the past 11 years. But things have moved on, and there are a myriad of alternate solutions available which render Contacts Organizer rather "old hat" - although I know there will be many of you who will continue to use it for years to come (including our own administration!).
We have not been actively marketing the product for some time, and have decided to cease support after 30 December 2013. The Contacts Organizer website will still be operational, however, until April 2014.
As many of you know Contacts Organizer regularly checks for updates, but from May 2014, if the program attempts to contact the website to check for software updates it will get no response and the software will cease working. Users will also be unable to transfer a serial number and the software will stop working if they attempt to do so. To avoid this happening, users can now download, free-of-charge, the V4.00 update which will remove the update checking and also remove the need to enter a serial number.
For those still wishing to continue using Contacts Organizer, this is a brilliant solution as you will then be able to install Contacts Organizer free of charge on other PCs. BUT you will need a copy of the original V3.xx Contacts Organizer PBE setup program, which is what you purchased in the first place, to do this. If this has been mislaid, then again we have come up with a solution. There is a cost involved, but it is still less than purchasing a further copy of the program as it can be re-used as many times as necessary.
